What's the Work? We are seeking an individual passionate about financial and stock management software, who transforms client requirements into innovative solutions through product development. We need someone who recognizes that exceptional software solutions simplify business operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Leadership, Product Team, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams. We need someone capable of understanding customer needs and possessing deep knowledge of product design and user experience principles. You will execute comprehensive market and industry research; perform competitive analysis; investigate support tickets and platform metrics; compile project scopes; and conduct customer conversations. These activities will be transformed into strategic product insights. You'll partner extensively with our engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features, bug fixes, and project milestones. You'll engage with product marketing, sales, and support teams to deeply comprehend current and future customer requirements, demonstrating an exceptional ability to identify and resolve challenges that generate meaningful value.
