About the Role We are seeking a Competitive Intelligence Manager to drive and operationalize our competitive intelligence program. This is a hands-on role where you will personally conduct deep competitor research, uncover unique differentiation, and create scalable systems that empower our sales team to excel. This leader will report to the Product Marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of competitors' positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and our unique value proposition. Responsibilities include building repeatable programs and providing custom, deal-specific competitive support. The ideal candidate combines analytical precision with compelling storytelling: someone who can translate complex technical nuances into persuasive, balanced narratives for executive and technical stakeholders. You Will • Own the CI strategy and system. Define the framework, sources, and operational rhythm that establishes our competitive program as the definitive source of truth. • Research like a scientist, brief like a storyteller. Conduct rigorous, consistent research into competitor products, go-to-market strategies, pricing, and roadmap indicators. Synthesize findings into clear, balanced narratives supporting technical buyers' decision-making. • Arm the field to win. Develop and continuously refine battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive content. Ensure resources are accessible, user-friendly, and demonstrably improve win rates. • Influence the roadmap. Transform competitive and market insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Product Marketing, helping prioritize features and positioning that close gaps and amplify differentiation. • Enable at scale. Integrate competitive intelligence into sales strategies, enablement programs, and self-serve resources, empowering global go-to-market teams to confidently position our solution.
