The individual in this position will guide healthcare clients through the implementation lifecycle of a capacity optimization platform, aligning technical setup with clinical workflows and ensuring timely go-live milestones.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of a hospital operating room scheduling system for new clients
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand workflow requirements
- Translate client needs into configured software solutions using internal tools
- Develop and maintain project plans with defined timelines and accountability
- Coordinate data integration activities between client systems and the platform
- Conduct training sessions for hospital staff on system usage and best practices
- Monitor implementation progress and proactively address roadblocks
- Serve as primary point of contact during onboarding phases
- Document client configurations and process changes
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and healthcare compliance standards
- Gather feedback during rollout to inform product improvements
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to escalate technical issues
- Manage parallel implementations across multiple healthcare systems
- Deliver post-implementation support to ensure sustained adoption
- Track key performance indicators related to deployment efficiency
