Bank of New Zealand is looking for a Product Governance, Senior Manager to lead the product governance function for Customer Products and Services. You will ensure reliable and complete information and communications for customers and colleagues, providing leadership to a team of four and managing key governance processes.
What You'll Do
- Provide disclosure and other document opinions when products are reviewed.
- Lead the document change governance processes whenever key documents or products change.
- Support product teams through custodial documents (Terms and Conditions and Fees Guides).
- Resolve escalated governance queries.
- Lead a team of four.
