In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of high-complexity products, ensuring seamless progression from concept through delivery. You will define and refine development processes across the organization, establishing clear frameworks for deliverables, dependencies, and risk management. Your leadership will ensure alignment across engineering, business, and functional teams to maintain consistent program execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain product development lifecycle methodologies used enterprise-wide
- Track interdependencies and deliverables across multiple product lines and functions
- Create and implement risk management strategies, leading resolution efforts for critical program issues
- Develop standardized metrics to measure cross-functional program performance
- Lead planning and execution of strategic initiatives in areas such as federal compliance, security, and globalization
- Provide technical direction with autonomy to influence long-term goals and practices
- Mentor team members and collaborate on improving program management frameworks
Qualifications
Successful candidates will bring two decades of professional experience in technical or engineering roles, with proven ability to solve complex problems using sound engineering principles. You must demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams through negotiation and influence. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with advanced degrees considered a strong asset.
