About the Role

We are looking for a talented Product Designer with a strong portfolio and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for designing and delivering intuitive, user-centered solutions for our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, including executives and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Create user personas and journey maps to inform design strategies.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including user flows and interaction specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure design aligns with brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and areas for improvement.
• Create design specifications and handoff assets to developers.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize user experiences and drive business results.
• Participate in design sprints to rapidly prototype and test new ideas.
• Collaborate with data analysts to gather and analyze user data to inform design decisions.
• Create design systems and components that can be reused across multiple projects.
• Conduct accessibility audits to ensure designs meet accessibility standards.
• Create design prototypes and interactive mockups for user testing.
