The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team at USANA Health Sciences in the Philippines by creating and organizing publicity materials, developing content for sales events, and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing collaterals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about brand growth and aligned with USANA’s core values.
What You'll Do
- Assist the marketing team to create, edit and organize publicity materials and publications
- Create content and material for sales related activities and events such as calendars, posters, booth designs, flyers, etc.
- Ensure USANA brand is preserved in all marketing collaterals and consistent with the brand style guide
- Responsible for vendor sourcing, negotiation, and coordination for marketing collaterals and events
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events
- Coordinate with U.S. team in maintaining digital assets
- Responsible for creating work group ticket for the marketing team
- Collaborate with the sales team in executing key events
- Coordinate and support sales functions and events as required
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- Minimum two years’ relevant working experience
- Pleasant with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented, have good organization skills, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Adobe applications, especially Photoshop and InDesign
- Tech Savvy especially on social media platforms
