As a Staff or Principal Product Designer, you'll define the future of video creation through AI-driven design. You'll take ownership of core editor experiences—from initial concept to final execution—ensuring they are intuitive, scalable, and built for real-world business use.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for major features in the video creation workflow, turning ambiguous challenges into clear, user-centered solutions.
- Establish and evolve the design vision for critical parts of the editor, ensuring coherence across the broader product ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define quality standards, success metrics, and the principles behind great user experiences.
- Build and test interactive prototypes, knowing when speed matters and when precision is essential.
- Elevate design craft across interaction models, interface consistency, and system-level thinking.
- Incorporate user feedback and behavioral insights to continuously refine the product as it evolves.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience designing complex creation tools, editors, or collaborative canvas-based interfaces.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, shipped products that improved user outcomes.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and define direction without complete information.
- Deep understanding of how technical architecture and state management influence user experience.
- Clear, effective communication skills in design critiques and cross-functional settings.
- Commitment to solving foundational UX challenges and shaping the long-term trajectory of a growing SaaS product.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely across Europe. You can work from any of our hubs in London, Copenhagen, Munich, or Zurich, or remotely with up to 60 days per year working from anywhere in the world.
