Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in digital, product, or web design, with demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale and international web experiences.
- Experience leading or guiding designers within design systems or platform-based environments.
- Proven collaboration with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define requirements and deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
- Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals) strongly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven, scalable, and localized web design execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
