We're building a stronger foundation for user experience within our product ecosystem and are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help lead the way. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing intuitive, end-to-end experiences that simplify complex processes in insurance and pensions. Your work will directly influence how users interact with critical services, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and accessibility.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX design efforts from initial discovery through final delivery, shaping key product features with a user-first mindset.
- Turn research findings and business requirements into structured, human-centered design solutions.
- Build interactive prototypes, user flows, and interaction models to test ideas and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and purpose.
- Advance the use of our design system to promote consistency, speed, and scalability across products.
- Champion accessibility and usability best practices to improve experiences for all users.
- Guide fellow designers through mentorship and contribute to the growth of our design culture, methods, and shared knowledge.
Collaboration & Impact
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to balance user needs, technical realities, and business objectives. This role is central to evolving not just our products, but also how we approach design as a discipline—helping set standards and raise the bar across teams.
