As a Product Designer on the Member Growth team, you'll design for real people navigating complex moments—joining a shared housing platform, proving identity, and building trust. Your work will directly influence how members access opportunities while safeguarding hosts and communities from harm.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive flows that support responsible growth, balancing accessibility with security
- Frame trust and verification challenges as human-centered problems, not just technical hurdles
- Advocate for clarity and fairness in every interaction, ensuring users understand not just what to do, but why
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Experience, Data, Legal, and Engineering teams to untangle systemic challenges
- Communicate the intent behind design decisions, grounding requirements in user needs and platform integrity
