Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives tailored to healthcare-focused client pursuits. This role centers on managing the full lifecycle of marketing collateral—from concept through production—ensuring content is strategically aligned, visually compelling, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full scope of marketing deliverables, including proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations, ensuring narrative clarity and brand consistency
- Write, edit, and refine copy for a range of materials such as award submissions, publications, social media, and speaking engagements
- Collaborate closely with practice leaders and business development to shape messaging that reflects firm expertise and project impact
- Coordinate external events, conferences, and photo sessions, producing supporting materials that enhance visibility and engagement
- Manage design workflows using Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, ensuring high-quality output across digital and print formats
- Support strategic marketing initiatives in partnership with internal teams, guiding projects through ambiguity with a solutions-oriented approach
- Mentor team members and foster collaborative relationships across geographically dispersed offices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in marketing content development and collateral production
- Proven expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and attention to detail
- Experience proofreading and editing content to meet brand, grammar, and style standards
- Familiarity with healthcare design terminology and building types is essential
- Background in RFQ/P response development within the architecture or design industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront, Cana, or VantagePoint is a plus
Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, with team members expected to work in person three days per week at one of the following locations: Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Boston, Washington, DC, Santa Monica, San Francisco, or Sacramento. Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $89,300 to $106,000 in the Mid-West and $97,100 to $126,200 on the East and West Coasts, commensurate with experience.
