TELUS Digital is hiring a Product Delivery Senior Manager to oversee and drive the strategy for delivery excellence across our entire portfolio of clients in Argentina. You will manage a significant portfolio of client engagements, accountable for high-level risk mitigation, operational health, and financial performance.
What You'll Do
- Provide executive-level leadership, mentorship, and direct coaching to a team of Managers.
- Define and track high-level strategic Delivery and Business value metrics.
- Provide effective oversight of delivery work, mitigating risk, improving practices, and strengthening client trust.
- Proactively communicate across client relationships to surface industry thought leadership and best practices.
- Build client relationships across the executive ladder and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Identify and influence decisions using reporting language, data visualization, and storytelling.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and conversations that inspire confidence and influence decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Delivery, or Product Management.
- 2+ years managing other managers.
- Proven experience managing +$1M portfolios in a multi-client environment.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in working with data, analysis, and data visualization, particularly using tools like Google Sheets.
- Experience dealing with KPIs: eSAT, cSAT, Revenue, Headcount, Bench.
Nice to Have
- Background or familiarity with programming concepts or languages (e.g., JavaScript).
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Team & Environment
You will manage a team of Managers who lead functional teams (Software Engineers, Product Designers, Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Test Engineers) and report to the Delivery Director.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Buenos Aires, fostering in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection.
