Ecoturn GmbH is hiring a Product Coordinator IT & User Experience (m/w/d) to support the operational day-to-day business with a focus on IT product development. You'll join a mission-driven company creating a meaningful product in the sustainability sector, emphasizing stability, clarity, and implementation within established core processes and systems.

What You'll Do

Support the development team in implementing new features and optimizations.
Create requirements, coordinate with developers, and track progress.
Conduct quality assurance and testing of new functions before go-live.
Maintain and create documentation, tickets, and internal processes.
Take on Product Owner responsibility for core platform components: Admin system, Dashboard & Reporting, Userflows.
Design and optimize user experiences along the customer journey.
Conduct user research, usability tests, and analyze user data to validate hypotheses.
Monitor KPIs, tracking, and derive data-based measures.
Coordinate releases, deployment planning, and feature rollouts.
Help shape product strategy, roadmap, and market positioning.

What We're Looking For

Several years of experience as a Product Owner.
Deep understanding of UX/UI, user centricity, and interaction design.
Technical background with knowledge of APIs, microservices, data architecture, integrations.
Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and hands-on mentality.
Fluent German and very good English (business English).
