Flock Safety is hiring a Product Operations Associate, Hardware to own the portfolio of accessory hardware supporting our core product verticals and growth initiatives. This role involves solving complex operational challenges, working cross-functionally to drive efficiency, improve cost and quality, and contribute to top-line growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the portfolio of accessory hardware supporting core product verticals and growth initiatives.
• Solve complex operational challenges affecting the delivery team.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners and leaders to influence change and drive meaningful business impact.
• Define and execute business requirements, including field testing and validation, by working with Engineering Technical Program Managers, Supply Chain, and Product.
• Lead operational teams to hit scaling milestones for critical programs.
• Solve complex problems in providing customers with their end product.
• Utilize and develop reports and tools to assess operational trends, identify challenges, and design solutions.
• Identify gaps or risks and move quickly to mitigate issues.
• Recommend improvements within the Delivery function regarding communication methods, tools, and processes.
• Work with Ops, Engineering, and Product partners to identify business needs and translate them into project initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working in a high-growth environment with a technical background.
• Experience partnering across Operations functions to lead programs achieving critical business outcomes around hardware delivery.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving operational environment focused on meeting and exceeding lofty metrics and goals.
• Strong follow-through and ability to self-manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
• Ability to gain alignment and drive decisions with key stakeholders (Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance).
• Highly analytical, utilizing and developing reports and tools to assess trends and design solutions.
• Proven experience as a member or leader of a team that has shipped consumer or IoT electronic devices.
• Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, and Sigma.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus.
• Highly adaptable self-starter who embraces change and knows how to pivot.
• Diplomatic, tactful, and poised under pressure with a high comfort with ambiguity.
• Capable of identifying gaps or risks and moving quickly to mitigate issues.
• Team player that contributes positively to overall team morale and company culture.

• Compensation: $93,000-$136,000 + stock options.
