Windranger Labs is hiring a Solutions Product Manager (Partner Integrations) to lead partners from commercial deal to live product launch. You will compose our standard banking, compliance, and web3 capabilities to scale B2B2C solutions without splintering the platform.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end partner journey from discovery and solution design through launch and post-launch optimization.
Produce comprehensive Partner Solution Briefs covering objectives, user flows, APIs, KYC scope, SLAs, and risk items.
Map partner requirements to platform adapters and APIs (KYC, payouts, cards) and drive generalized capabilities with domain product managers.
Author solution diagrams, define acceptance criteria, and manage project execution including partner cutover.
Collaborate with Compliance to land disclosures, user flows, and audit trails; define support playbooks with Operations and Customer Success.
Measure and report on key metrics including time-to-integration, success criteria, NPS, and maintain incident & rollback plans.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years in product or solutions roles delivering payments/fintech or wallet products with external partners, having shipped API integrations end-to-end.
Crypto fluency: conceptual understanding of stablecoins/tokenized deposits, EVM, and custody paradigms like Multisig, MPC, and TEE.
Payments fluency: knowledge of card issuing/spend controls, ledgers/settlement, payouts, and reconciliation.
Business-level proficiency in both Chinese and English (write, read, speak) to work directly with Chinese-speaking partners.
Based in Asia (UTC+5 to +9 time zones), with Singapore as the preferred location.
Excellent specification writing, project sequencing, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in discovery with Business Development and in delivery with engineering teams.

Nice to Have

Experience at companies like Stripe, Marqeta, Nuvei, or Checkout.com, or at crypto exchanges/issuers.
Early-stage startup experience as a founder or core team member.
Hands-on experience with Turnkey or similar wallet infrastructure; designing flows that balance security and user experience.
Having launched products across APAC markets with varied KYC/AML regulatory regimes.
