Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience at a B2B company, with meaningful exposure to enterprise, manufacturing, industrial, or supply-chain buyers.
- A portfolio of published writing blogs, whitepapers, customer stories, or scripts that you can share with us.
- Hands-on experience running email and nurture programs in HubSpot including reporting and list management.
- Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and a track record of using data to shape content decisions.
- Experience producing video for YouTube or similar channels including scripting to editing.
- Comfort in Claude or Canva to design clean social graphics and lightweight assets without a dedicated designer.
- Strong writing chops: you can translate technical concepts (robotics, machine learning, computer vision, factory floor operations) into crisp, human copy.
- A builder's mindset: you prefer shipping, testing, and iterating to long meetings and sign-off chains.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience marketing an AI, SaaS, or industrial automation product.
- Prior work at an early-stage startup where you wore multiple hats and helped build the marketing function from the ground up.
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, CAD systems, or factory operations.
