About the Role
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into functional product requirements. The ideal candidate will combine business insight with technical understanding to guide development teams and ensure delivery aligns with user needs and project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify business challenges and define product goals
- Gather and analyze user requirements through interviews and workshops
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product specifications
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Prioritize features based on client objectives and technical feasibility
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development
- Support product testing by validating functionality against requirements
- Provide ongoing feedback to improve product usability and performance
- Lead client meetings to review progress and gather input
- Manage changes to product scope and document decisions
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered solutions
- Assist in defining key metrics to measure product success
- Contribute to process improvements in product delivery
- Maintain organized documentation of requirements and decisions
- Advocate for user-centered design in product development
- Help onboard clients to new systems and features
- Identify opportunities for product optimization over time
- Work within agile project frameworks using iterative delivery
- Support post-launch evaluation and iteration planning
Nice to Have
