About the Role
The position involves leading the administration, configuration, and support of SCCM and Microsoft Intune to enable scalable endpoint management. The candidate will implement modern device management solutions, support system upgrades, and ensure alignment with security and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and maintenance of SCCM and Intune environments
- Design and implement policies for device configuration and compliance
- Support large-scale OS and application deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in endpoint management systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate device management with security tools
- Develop automation scripts for configuration management tasks
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
- Monitor system health and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with corporate security policies
- Manage software distribution and patch management workflows
- Support co-management strategies between on-premises and cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain device enrollment processes
- Configure and manage conditional access policies
- Assist in disaster recovery planning for endpoint services
- Participate in system audits and compliance reviews
- Provide technical guidance during system migrations
- Optimize client configurations for performance and reliability
- Support hybrid identity and device registration
- Troubleshoot connectivity and policy application issues
- Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents
- Evaluate new features in SCCM and Intune for adoption
- Coordinate with network and security teams on firewall rules and access
- Assist in onboarding new business units to the platform
- Ensure data accuracy in inventory and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in endpoint management practices
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Experience with Autopilot deployment
- Knowledge of Azure AD and hybrid identity
- Experience with third-party MDM solutions
- Familiarity with security information and event management tools
- Experience in regulated industries
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
- Scripting experience beyond PowerShell
- Prior work in semiconductor or electronics sector
- Experience with large-scale device rollouts
