Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction flows and flag irregularities in payment systems
- Respond to operational alerts and execute recovery procedures
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve service disruptions
- Verify compliance with financial regulations in transaction handling
- Support onboarding of new merchants and partners
- Maintain documentation for operational workflows and protocols
- Assist in the rollout of new card and payment features
- Track key performance indicators for service uptime and response times
- Investigate and resolve user-reported transaction failures
- Collaborate with fraud prevention units to mitigate risks
- Process card lifecycle requests including issuance and cancellation
- Provide input for system automation and process optimization
- Support audits by preparing operational reports and logs
- Engage with customer support to clarify policy applications
- Stay current with changes in digital payment standards and regulations
- Facilitate cross-border transaction monitoring and reconciliation
- Assist in testing updates to payment processing infrastructure
- Escalate critical incidents following defined protocols
- Ensure data accuracy in transaction reporting systems
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and corrective action plans
- Work with compliance teams to implement transaction monitoring rules
- Support integration efforts with third-party payment providers
- Manage operational aspects of promotional campaigns for card users
- Track service-level agreements with external partners
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as needed
