Adaptive Home Health, LLC is hiring a Home Health Quality Assurance Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

  • Assess and improve the quality of care provided to patients.
  • Evaluate patient records and care plans for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct audits and reviews of clinical documentation.
  • Identify and address gaps in care and compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff on quality standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality of care.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Document and report findings from quality assurance activities.
  • Facilitate quality improvement meetings and discussions.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures related to quality assurance.
  • Assist in the resolution of patient complaints and grievances.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality care.
  • Implement strategies to reduce medical errors and enhance patient safety.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality care.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality metrics.
  • Support the development of quality assurance training programs.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Experience with quality improvement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of home health regulations and standards.
  • Experience in conducting patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data analytics.
  • Ability to lead quality improvement projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance programs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and billing processes.
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
