Responsibilities

- Assist in the resolution of patient complaints and grievances.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality care.
- Implement strategies to reduce medical errors and enhance patient safety.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Support the development of quality assurance training programs.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
