GFT Technologies SE is hiring a Product Analyst to transform traditional banking products. In this role, you will analyze current-state (AS-IS) banking products and design future-state (TO-BE) proposals from a neobank perspective. You'll focus on creating reusable capabilities, enhancing user experience, and driving business value, supporting the evolution of products towards more agile, scalable, and competitive models.
What You'll Do
- Analyze current-state (AS-IS) banking products and design future-state (TO-BE) proposals.
- Model end-to-end customer journeys.
- Define clear product capabilities.
- Conduct data analysis and review product metrics.
- Perform benchmarking against neobanks and fintechs.
- Simplify complex products and user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX, and Technology teams.
- Communicate proposals clearly to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years as a Product Analyst or in a similar product-focused role.
- Experience in digital products, digital banking, or fintech.
- Proven skill in AS-IS / TO-BE product analysis.
- Ability to model end-to-end customer journeys.
- Experience defining product capabilities.
- Strong data analysis and product metrics skills.
- Experience benchmarking neobanks and fintechs.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Product thinking oriented towards business and user value.
- Ability to question traditional models.
- Skill in simplifying complex products and experiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital financial products.
- Conceptual knowledge of platforms, APIs, and product architecture.
- Exposure to continuous discovery methodologies.
- Active interest in neobanking trends.
