Prevent Senior is hiring a Producer (Audiovisual) to manage the complete production of audiovisual content, from pre-production to final delivery. You will provide the necessary infrastructure for photo, audio, and video requests, supporting the area in the execution of assigned projects.

What You'll Do

Assist in script breakdown and identification of all needs for small-scale audiovisual projects.
Assist, when necessary, in logging raw interview footage captured at events using specific editing software to expedite the final edit.
Accompany pre-production technical visits to define location, set design, and other details for small-scale recordings.
Create schedules, call sheets, shooting plans, and necessary planning for small-scale recordings.
Request quotes from suppliers based on each project's needs.
Execute the supplier payment process, entering required information into the financial system.
Collaborate on research for references and new suppliers.
Aid in organizing and archiving all necessary documents (authorizations, contracts, budgets, approvals, etc.) to safeguard company interests.
Provide support for other departmental demands as directed by the manager.
Perform other related activities as needed or at the discretion of your superior.

What We're Looking For

Completed Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Radio & TV, Audiovisual, Cinema, Advertising & Marketing, or Journalism.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.

Nice to Have

Intermediate English proficiency.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
Basic understanding of main video and photography editing, manipulation, and finishing software: Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
