The Producer plays a central role in guiding agency and client initiatives from concept to completion. Working closely with creative, account, strategy, and production teams, this individual ensures projects across print, digital, video, social, radio, web, and live events are executed with precision, meeting deadlines, budget parameters, and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal departments and external partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed production schedules and track progress to maintain momentum
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and leadership
- Lead team meetings, document action items, and ensure alignment across disciplines
- Monitor client priorities and adapt workflows to support evolving needs
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and verify alignment with project scope
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine scoping and estimation processes
- Forecast resource needs and coordinate with management to assign team capacity
- Source, evaluate, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
- Track budget performance and alert teams to potential scope deviations
- Maintain project momentum by monitoring milestones and identifying risks early
- Build strong working relationships across creative, media, finance, and studio teams
- Support creative teams by balancing ambition with practical constraints
- Engage directly with clients as needed throughout project lifecycles
- Incorporate AI tools into daily operations to enhance efficiency and innovation
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least two years of project management experience in a creative agency environment, with demonstrated success in developing timelines, managing budgets, and writing scopes of work. Prior experience as an associate producer or similar role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workfront is essential for day-to-day operations.
