What You'll Do
Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure reliable operation and adherence to safety regulations. Respond promptly to service calls, diagnosing malfunctions and executing repairs with precision. Follow established protocols to maintain equipment in optimal condition, using proper safety gear and procedures at all times.
Plan and organize daily service routes to maximize efficiency and meet performance targets. Carry out technical tasks such as reconfiguring control systems, installing special operating functions, and replacing critical components like motor systems or traction cables. Work independently to resolve complex or recurring issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
Collaborate with team members by sharing technical knowledge and supporting more intricate interventions. Communicate clearly with clients to explain service actions and recommend improvements. Report unusual conditions or risks to supervision and contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting equipment upgrades or process adjustments.
Requirements
Demonstrate strict adherence to professional safety standards and company policies. Consistently use required personal protective equipment, including fall arrest harnesses, respiratory masks, gloves, safety footwear, and head protection during all service activities. Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold ethical practices while performing technical duties.
