Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing full lifecycle Source-to-Pay implementation projects with strong command of S2P functional workflows.
- Deliver procurement transformation and digitization initiatives across multiple industries and regions using platforms including Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, with end-to-end ownership of engagements or workstreams.
- Lead or support opportunity development by cultivating external networks and professional connections to expand project pipelines.
- Independently manage projects and assume critical roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across implementations.
- Supervise recruitment efforts and provide mentorship to team members to support career advancement and skill development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, new technologies, and evolving procurement standards to ensure delivery of innovative solutions.
- Support internal capability growth by leading knowledge transfer sessions, developing best practice materials, and contributing to training programs.
