Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing full lifecycle Source-to-Pay implementation initiatives from initiation to closure.
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay functional workflows and system integrations.
- Deliver procurement modernization and digital transformation programs across multiple industries and regions using platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer.
- Lead project workstreams independently, overseeing execution from planning through delivery.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding professional networks externally.
- Manage critical project roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across implementations.
- Guide hiring efforts and provide coaching to team members to support career advancement and skill development.
- Maintain current knowledge of procurement industry trends, innovative technologies, and leading practices to enhance solution quality.
- Support organizational learning by leading training sessions, developing practice documentation, and contributing to internal upskilling programs.
