You will be responsible for acquiring goods and services essential for our operations at the best possible value, ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery by managing the entire procurement lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Acquire goods and services essential for the organization's operations at the best possible value, while ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs and sourcing suppliers to contract negotiation, purchase order creation, and post-purchase follow-up.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates must live in the United States.
- Willingness to travel to attend twice annual Common App Retreat.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Demonstrates mastery of E-Procurement platforms for managing requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract compliance.
- Expertise in aggregating, cleansing, and categorizing organizational spending data to identify opportunities for cost savings and consolidation.
- Strong ability to analyze procurement data, evaluate supplier proposals, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analyzes problems, identifies patterns, and proposes innovative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes ownership of tasks and seeks opportunities to contribute beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness in all procurement documentation, contracts, and financial transactions.

- Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, C.P.M.).
- A passion for higher education is a plus.
