About the Role

NICE Ltd. is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic, collaborative go-to-market initiatives with technology partners, strategic alliances, resellers, and referral partners. You will expand the reach and impact of AI Agents in the enterprise market by building deep relationships and co-creating programs that drive shared demand.

What You'll Do

  • Work with strategic, tech, reseller and referral partners to develop and execute joint GTM plans that expand market reach, drive shared lead generation and deepen relationships.
  • Shape and run co-marketing initiatives that reflect each partner’s business objectives, building end-to-end marketing plans and ensuring tight alignment across teams.
  • Lead co-branded campaigns including webinars, virtual and in-person events, and digital demand programs in collaboration with partners.
  • Manage partner event strategy and execution: sponsorships, booth planning, agenda development, staffing, logistics, and onsite coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create joint content such as case studies, blogs, solution briefs, and white papers that highlight combined value propositions.
  • Maintain a consistent communication cadence for product updates, marketing activities, and time-sensitive joint initiatives.
  • Conduct post-event and post-campaign analyses, delivering ROI reporting and recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven experience in executing marketing strategies, event planning and event management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
