Nordex SE is looking for a Procurement Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement strategies to streamline our operations. You will utilize methodologies like Design Thinking, Lean, or Agile to foster a culture of continuous improvement within our global organization.
What You'll Do
- Conduct analyses of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations.
- Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, or Agile to design and implement enhancements.
- Define new processes and procedures, develop training materials, and train staff.
- Communicate process changes and benefits to all relevant parties.
- Coordinate with inventory control teams to ensure accurate stock records and efficient replenishment processes.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance.
- Conduct regular process audits and evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Skilled in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio).
- Motivated and committed personality with a high drive and ownership.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in an international team.
- Profound knowledge of SAP ECC (mainly module MM) and MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel if needed, especially between the company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock and ES-Pamplona.
Nice to Have
- Additional expertise in SAP S/4 Hana and Teamcenter would be beneficial.

Work Mode
