Responsibilities
- Examine procurement and expenditure data to detect areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Assist in implementing and overseeing cost-saving procurement strategies and tracking their progress.
- Monitor and communicate achieved savings in relation to established goals and key performance indicators.
- Develop and manage reporting dashboards, analytical tools, and visualizations to guide procurement decisions.
- Help build financial justifications and measure the monetary outcomes of procurement projects.
- Work with Finance teams to ensure accurate validation and reporting of realized savings.
- Analyze spending patterns to spot anomalies, risks, and potential enhancements.
- Support category management and supplier evaluations to improve procurement transparency and effectiveness.
- Deliver data-driven insights to internal teams involved in procurement initiatives.
- Support ongoing improvements and standardization of procurement reporting practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in finance, consulting, analytics, or procurement roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to think systematically and maintain high attention to detail.
- Fluent English language skills, with C2 level certification preferred; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL is an advantage.
- High level of computer literacy across standard software tools.
- Capacity to grasp organizational workflows and cost-influencing factors.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis platforms such as Power BI is beneficial.
- Interest in or exposure to data automation or artificial intelligence tools is advantageous.
- ECDL Advanced certification is a desirable credential.
- Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
