Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing full lifecycle implementation projects within the Source-to-Pay domain.
- Apply strong understanding of Source-to-Pay functional workflows and process design.
- Lead digital procurement transformation programs across multiple industries and regions using tools like Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer.
- Manage consulting engagements or workstreams independently from initiation to closure.
- Drive business development by cultivating external networks and professional connections to identify growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of critical project roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across implementations.
- Guide recruitment efforts and support team members through mentorship to promote career advancement.
- Maintain awareness of evolving procurement technologies, industry trends, and leading practices to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support internal skill development by leading training sessions, documenting best practices, and contributing to learning programs.
