Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementations with proven experience in managing full-cycle S2P projects and strong understanding of related functional workflows.
- Lead procurement transformation and digitization initiatives across multiple industries and regions using platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, managing workstreams from start to finish.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities by cultivating external networks and leveraging professional connections to expand project pipelines.
- Take ownership of project responsibilities and fulfill key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across various engagements.
- Support hiring efforts and provide mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and career advancement within the team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procurement industry trends, new technologies, and evolving best practices to ensure delivery of innovative solutions.
- Support internal competency growth by leading knowledge transfer sessions, developing practice documentation, and contributing to training and development programs.

- Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies, utilizing platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer. Lead engagements/workstreams end-to-end.
- Lead or support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships.
- Independently manage the project and undertake key roles, including but not limited to Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, Change Management Support across various projects.
- Oversee recruitment processes and provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, creating best practice documentation, and facilitating internal training and development programs.
