Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing full lifecycle Source-to-Pay implementation projects with strong functional understanding of S2P processes.
- Lead procurement digitization and transformation initiatives across industries and regions using platforms including Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, managing workstreams from start to finish.
- Support or lead efforts to uncover new business opportunities by cultivating external networks and professional connections.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and assume critical roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across engagements.
- Guide recruitment activities and provide mentorship to team members to support career development and team capability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procurement industry trends, new technologies, and leading practices to ensure innovative client solutions.
- Support internal skill development by leading knowledge transfer sessions, producing best practice guides, and contributing to training programs.

- Procurement Transformation Delivery: Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies, utilizing platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer. Lead engagements/workstreams end-to-end.
- Develop and Drive Opportunities: Lead or support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships.
