Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementation with proven experience in managing full-cycle S2P projects and strong understanding of related functional workflows.
- Lead procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives across industries and regions using platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, managing workstreams from start to finish.
- Lead or support efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities by building and utilizing external networks and professional connections.
- Take ownership of project responsibilities and fulfill key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across multiple engagements.
- Oversee hiring activities and provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support their professional development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices in procurement to ensure delivery of innovative solutions.
- Support internal skill development by leading knowledge-sharing sessions, producing best practice guides, and contributing to training and development programs.
