The Procurement Coordinator will support procurement operations by ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing supplier data, and maintaining system accuracy at Heilind Electronics GmbH. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual early in their career who wants to grow within the procurement field in the Mil/Aero sector.
What You'll Do
- Support daily procurement activities and data entry
- Confirm and expedite purchase orders
- Maintain accurate supplier data in our systems
- Monitor and track deliveries
- Escalate late deliveries or discrepancies
- Suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System and Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Clerical and administrative accuracy
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- A team player with problem-solving abilities
