Responsibilities
- Support and lead procurement consulting engagements, from discovery through implementation.
- Analyze client procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct supplier market research, RFP/RFI development, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
- Provide insights on category management, spend analysis, and supplier performance.
- Assist in the development of procurement policies, procedures, and governance models.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain consulting
- Strong understanding of procurement tools, practices, and market trends
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Consulting experience
- German or French language
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
