Unilever is hiring a Procurement Associate to optimize information flow across the Supply Chain function, updating key reports and analyzing data trends to drive procurement strategies. As a pioneer in hair wellness, we create clinically tested products and provide support for people at every step of their hair journey, and this role is key to supporting that mission.
What You'll Do
- Gather weekly and monthly inventory reports from contract manufacturing partners for raw materials, components, bulk, and finished goods, consolidating them into an encompassing report for the supply chain team.
- Write all raw material, bulk, and packaging purchase orders to manufacturing partners and vendors, tracking receipts and entering them into the ERP.
- Update purchase orders based on overages, shortages, date changes, and final releases.
- Ensure BOMs, COGS, and all item codes are set up for new raw materials.
- Learn and update the MRP file monthly from consolidated inventory reports.
- Update the rebate tracker for raw materials monthly.
- Assist Product Development in building COGS to support new product launches.
- Prepare and review reports to support Accounting Month-End Close.
- Create new SKUs, update existing ones, and manage revisions based on product changes.
- Maintain accurate product information for ERP system integration, including item masters, BOMs, and routings.
- Schedule and track inventory transfers between warehouses, facilities, or departments.
- Accurately record all expired or soon-to-expire raw ingredient inventory, including lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
- Coordinate with departments and vendors for timely, compliant disposal of expired inventory, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a Business-related field.
- 2-4 years of Supply Chain experience within a consumer goods company.
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with inventory management practices.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (written/oral) with ability to follow through with little direction.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Hands-on collaboration experience with cross-functional teams.

- DTC/eCommerce experience.
