Manage vendor data and support procurement operations for a global healthcare leader with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficient supplier onboarding. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional fluent in Portuguese and English, working within a hybrid environment in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain third-party vendor records in enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with standard operating procedures
- Review incoming requests for completeness, validate supplier information, and check for duplicates before processing
- Secure required approvals for adding, modifying, or removing suppliers in line with local and global procurement policies
- Document all changes and actions in audit-compliant trails and maintain accurate records across master data platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm alignment with procurement guidelines and resolve data-related inquiries
- Perform regular cleanups and updates of existing supplier data to ensure system accuracy
- Support knowledge transfer during process transitions and act as a resource for procurement policies and data governance
- Monitor service delivery against SLAs and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement through data-driven insights
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, contribute to audit readiness, and implement corrective actions when needed
- Champion process efficiency by evaluating current workflows and recommending practical enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency with full professional fluency in Portuguese required
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in procurement, data management, or a similar operational role
Work Environment
Hybrid work model based in Mexico City with flexible scheduling. Employees are expected to work from the office a minimum of three days per week, balancing in-person collaboration with remote productivity.
