Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle procurement activities for diverse categories including corporate vehicles, insurance, professional services, IT hardware and software, and facilities management.
- Identify potential suppliers, gather competitive quotes, evaluate proposals, and prepare comparative assessments.
- Generate and manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and associated documentation following internal procurement guidelines.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, ensure on-time delivery, oversee installations when needed, and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor procurement workflows including order fulfillment, delivery schedules, invoice processing, and payment coordination with Finance.
- Assist in tracking contract expirations and software license renewals for IT, general services, and facilities.
- Help evaluate supplier performance and address routine procurement or service delivery challenges.
- Support cost management efforts and assist in tracking spending against budgets across procurement areas.
- Ensure all procurement actions follow company policies, approval hierarchies, and ethical sourcing requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand needs and facilitate efficient procurement processes.

- All individuals working on the SELT service must pass a background check acceptable to the organization and the Home Office before starting duties.
- SELT staff must complete a declaration form disclosing any criminal history or bankruptcy status.
- For UK-based SELT roles, background checks include a basic or enhanced DBS check, Right to Work verification, HO security screening (BPSS or CTC), financial review, and employment reference checks.
- Personnel working on SELT services outside the UK must undergo background checks equivalent in scope and rigor to those required in the UK.
- Staff interacting with SELT candidates must have strong English language skills; in non-UK locations, proficiency in the local official language is also required.
