Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in managing full lifecycle Source-to-Pay implementation projects with strong understanding of S2P workflows.
- Lead procurement modernization initiatives across industries and regions using platforms like Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, overseeing workstreams from start to finish.
- Identify and advance business opportunities by building and utilizing professional networks and external relationships.
- Take ownership of project responsibilities and lead key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across engagements.
- Support recruitment efforts and provide mentorship to team members to enhance professional development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support internal competency growth by leading knowledge transfer sessions, developing best practice materials, and contributing to training programs.
