Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing full lifecycle Source-to-Pay implementation projects with strong understanding of related functional workflows.
- Lead procurement modernization and digital initiatives across industries and regions using platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, managing workstreams from start to finish.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and using professional networks and external relationships.
- Take independent ownership of project responsibilities and lead key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across engagements.
- Support hiring efforts and mentor team members to enhance their professional development and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and evolving procurement standards to deliver innovative solutions.
- Support internal skill development by leading training sessions, documenting best practices, and contributing to learning programs.
Requirements
- Experience implementing Source-to-Pay solutions in cloud-based tools or ERP environments.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Solid grasp of procurement operations and spend management fundamentals.
- Proven ability to lead functional design sessions, including gathering requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis.
- Experience creating project deliverables such as future-state process maps, business process documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, test scenarios, and training materials.
- Direct involvement in managing testing phases including System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and effective presentation skills.
- Proven client management experience and ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
- Highly self-driven with adaptability to thrive in fast-moving and evolving project environments.
- Willingness to transition across different Procure-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management platforms after necessary training and support.
- Takes full accountability for assigned project roles and actively contributes to internal practice growth initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating procurement systems with client ERP platforms is advantageous.
- A post-graduate degree, MBA, or PGDM is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Certifications in relevant procurement technologies or platforms are considered a plus.

- Source-to-Pay Implementation Expertise: Possess prior experience in delivering comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects for the Source-to-Pay workstream. Deep knowledge of S2P functional processes.
- Procurement Transformation Delivery: Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies, utilizing platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer. Lead engagements/workstreams end-to-end.
- Develop and Drive Opportunities: Lead or support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships.
- Engagement Roles: Independently manage the project and undertake key roles, including but not limited to Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, Change Management Support across various projects.
- Recruitment and Mentorship: Oversee recruitment processes and provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
- Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Competency Development: Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, creating best practice documentation, and facilitating internal training and development programs.

- Prior experience in implementing S2P solutions in various cloud tools and/or ERP systems.
- With at least 10 years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles.
- Hands-on experience in: Leading functional design workshops (including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis)
- Hands-on experience in: Creating documents at various stages of the project like creating to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbook, testing strategy, identify and finalize test scenarios and test scripts, training documents etc.
- Hands-on experience in: Leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong client management skills and experience in working with global cross-functional teams
- Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt in fast paced and dynamic environment
- Should be flexible to work on different P2P/CLM technologies/platforms after providing required support and trainings
- Take complete ownership of project roles & responsibilities, and drive internal practice development initiatives
