Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementations with proven experience in managing full-cycle S2P projects and strong understanding of related functional processes.
- Lead procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives across industries and regions using platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, managing workstreams from start to finish.
- Lead or support opportunity development by cultivating external networks and professional connections to identify and grow business prospects.
- Independently manage project delivery and assume key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across multiple engagements.
- Support team growth by guiding recruitment efforts and providing mentorship to develop team members' professional capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and leading procurement practices to ensure delivery of innovative solutions.
- Support internal skill development by leading knowledge-sharing activities, producing best practice materials, and facilitating training programs.
