Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementation with proven experience in managing full lifecycle S2P projects and strong understanding of related functional workflows.
- Lead and deliver procurement transformation and digitalization initiatives across multiple industries and regions using platforms including Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer, managing workstreams from start to finish.
- Take initiative in identifying and advancing business opportunities by building and utilizing external networks and professional connections.
- Manage project responsibilities independently and fulfill key roles such as Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, or Change Management Support across various implementations.
- Support team development by guiding recruitment efforts and providing mentorship to enhance professional growth within the team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving industry trends, new technologies, and modern procurement practices to ensure delivery of innovative solutions.
- Support organizational learning by contributing to internal skill development through knowledge sharing, documentation of best practices, and facilitation of training programs.
