CSI Pharmacy (CSI) is hiring a Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to manage pharmacy purchasing, warehouse processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. In this role, you will be central to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting the 340B program, and collaborating with site teams across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate, real-time procurement and inventory tracking using tools like Monday.com.
- Update equipment status, location, and usage logs, working closely with sites for efficient management.
- Assist with expiring inventory review and repositioning to reduce risk of loss.
- Ensure all sites adhere to standardized procurement processes and conduct routine compliance checks.
- Prepare and supervise purchase orders, place orders with vendors, and ensure proper approvals for accounts payable.
- Assist pharmacy sites with purchasing product and maintaining inventory levels.
- Review and ensure full compliance with Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) requirements.
- Help sites resolve EPCIS file errors, investigate suspect products, and communicate with channel partners.
- Act as a backup to the Director of Procurement for vendor communication, order processing, and PO tracking.
- Add and update drug and supply inventory in relevant systems, collaborating with clinical, revenue, and accounts teams.
- Receive, investigate, and document recalls and return affected product.
- Monitor vendor purchase volume against contracts and report variances.
- Engage with wholesalers and distributors to address and resolve issues.
- Keep drug pricing tools updated with real-time market prices, acquisition costs, and reimbursement data.
- Work with site inventory and finance teams to ensure successful capture of 340B program activities.
- Assist in evaluating the financial and purchasing process for 340B-eligible drugs.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of medical or pharmacy experience or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy warehouse or equivalent setting.
- Working knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Competence in Microsoft Office required, including Excel, Access, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues as a team member and communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
Technical Stack
- Monday.com or similar project management software.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word).
- Relevant internal software and outside vendor ordering platforms.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with purchasing associates at various pharmacy sites and act as a backup to the Director of Procurement.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000/year+ (depending on experience).

This is a fully remote position open to candidates nationwide in the USA.
