As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping procurement strategies and executing initiatives that strengthen supply chain resilience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve supplier performance, and standardize procurement practices across categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven reviews to support process improvements within direct procurement and category management functions
- Oversee end-to-end tariff management activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with pricing teams on updates, market intelligence reporting, and product classification refinement
- Partner with category leaders to develop negotiation frameworks, including supplier assessments, cost modeling, and switching cost analysis
- Support sourcing initiatives such as RFx processes, supplier consolidation, and value analysis/value engineering efforts
- Apply analytical tools to uncover opportunities in cost, supply risk, and sourcing alternatives
- Promote consistent use of standardized workflows, project tracking systems, and performance reporting
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to resolve obstacles and escalate critical issues as needed
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain roles. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, with a demonstrated ability to influence across departments. Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be necessary.
Project management experience is a plus, as is prior exposure to supplier development, materials planning, or plant-level operations.

Work Environment
