Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and qualifying new gallium nitride and gallium arsenide technologies, processes, and products for production release.
- Collaborate with business units, design engineers, program managers, customers, and fabrication teams to deliver reliable RF compound semiconductor ICs meeting defined specifications.
- Create process integration flows and design components to meet targeted circuit performance goals.
- Design experiments across process corners to detect potential manufacturing challenges and critical process sensitivities, ensuring robust and manufacturable technology.
- Develop and oversee in-line, DC, and RF probe testing methods and structures to enable new process and technology qualifications.
- Gather, evaluate, and apply characterization data to confirm new technologies meet required performance standards.
- Diagnose and resolve yield and performance bottlenecks by determining root causes and executing corrective actions.
- Establish design rules and supporting infrastructure for new GaN processes to enable next-generation product development.
