What You'll Do
Lead product engineering initiatives for networking systems across contract manufacturing production lines, ensuring alignment with technical and quality standards. Serve as the primary technical contact for manufacturing partners, overseeing test yield, failure analysis, and process compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, firmware, and test engineering to resolve production issues. Lead root cause investigations using data analysis tools and interpret test logs to identify systemic gaps. Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to internal procedures and drive corrective actions when deviations occur.
Train and guide contract manufacturing technicians, improve test infrastructure, and manage technical escalations from initial detection through final resolution. Use programming and scripting skills to analyze system behavior and support debugging efforts across multiple layers of the product stack.
