Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of manufacturing control strategies at plant sites.
- Prepare and manage capital expenditure proposals and oversee associated project implementations.
- Apply Six Sigma and Total Quality Management methodologies to improve productivity and minimize waste.
- Create corrective action plans from audit findings and lead their execution.
- Support the maintenance systems and processes within production facilities.

- This position requires 75% travel.
- Travel spans multiple locations within the ThermoSafe Division.
- The role is based remotely at one of the ThermoSafe plant sites.
