The Timken Company – Engineered Bearings & Industrial Motion Products was looking for a Process Control Technician

Join The Timken Company, a leader in engineered bearings and industrial motion products, as a Process Control Technician. You will support the Lebanon Manufacturing Engineering team’s mission by managing production workflows and implementing process improvements. Your work will directly contribute to business plan objectives through cross-departmental collaboration and technical system management.

What You'll Do

  • Release production orders and manage material statuses in SAP.
  • Review and disposition Change Requests (CR) and Change Implementations (CI) in Teamcenter (Management of Change).
  • Create Part Tracking Numbers (PTN) for process changes using the ESB system.
  • Communicate process changes and new materials to sister facilities via email.
  • Manage actions related to 'Stop Work' Change Requests, including creating PTNs and updating SAP.
  • Update or create routes in Teamcenter and push them to SAP.
  • Close PTNs in the ESB system.
  • Deploy, update, and release materials in SAP, including prototypes and reactivations.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong technical proficiency with SAP, Teamcenter, and ESB systems.
  • Above-average mechanical aptitude and shop math skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to managing multiple tasks and competing priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Use of near/far vision and hearing.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Capability for prolonged periods of sitting and/or walking frequently.

Nice to Have

  • Associate degree in manufacturing or a related technical field.
